Went to the Hague today with my family(I live in Holland)! Was so fun but we didn’t bring food so we went to buy a lot and I bought a chocolate letter and ate the whole thing! :( so bad was like 1000 calories… Tomorrow will be a better day :)

I notice when I’m like ‘oh I can eat everything I want today’ I don’t need to eat all the time and I’m full faster, but when I’m on a diet I think about food like literally every second.

So I’m gonna try eating everything I want and I’ll see how it goes. But I really need to lose weight cause I need new clothes desperately but I won’t go shopping until I lose the weight or else those clothes will be useless..

My goal is to not drink sodas or eat salt for more then a week so my belly will be flatter and less bloated.
